DOGLIANI DOCG
This typical grape of the Langhe hills, generates a wine that fits with the traditional concept of Piedmontese wine: not complex but highly satisfying. The Dogliani is obtained from Dolcetto grapes located in our vineyards around Dogliani. It combines freshness and drinkability while maintaining the excellent body and features of an important red wine. Fruity and aromatic, this is an everyday wine that surprises at every sip.

ORGANOLEPTIC FEATURES
This wine has an intense ruby red color, fitted with great aromatic complexity. The perfume releases slight herbal and vegetal hints and its balanced taste ends with sweet tannins. All these characteristics make this wine suitable for every occasion

We deal with the most delicate phase of the grapes growing through our farm LE VIGNE DEL GENERALE, run by the fifth generation. The latter realizes new ideas developed in the last few years, applying a more original and responsible approach to the grapes growing.
After the grapes' selection and manual harvest, we use temperature controlled vinification techniques.
Slowly, we monitor the magnificent and natural phenomenon of fermentation.
Through modern interpretations of the most ancient traditions, we age our cru in big Slavonian oak barrels.
Red, white and rosé are constantly improved and aimed at a unique sensorial pleasure, which makes people feel well when it comes to be reunited with souls and conviviality.
