We deal with the most delicate phase of the grapes growing through our farm LE VIGNE DEL GENERALE, run by the fifth generation. The latter realizes new ideas developed in the last few years, applying a more original and responsible approach to the grapes growing.
After the grapes' selection and manual harvest, we use temperature controlled vinification techniques.
Slowly, we monitor the magnificent and natural phenomenon of fermentation.
Through modern interpretations of the most ancient traditions, we age our cru in big Slavonian oak barrels.
Red, white and rosé are constantly improved and aimed at a unique sensorial pleasure, which makes people feel well when it comes to be reunited with souls and conviviality.
